Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No. Credits reset on your billing anniversary each month and any unused balance is lost. If you regularly hit your monthly limit, upgrading to a higher tier is more cost effective than carrying credits forward.

What costs credits, and what's free?

Only verified email and phone reveals consume credits. Each reveal costs 5 credits. Searches, AI message drafting, sending emails, CSV export, and clicking through to LinkedIn are all included with every paid plan at no extra cost.

What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?

Email and phone reveal buttons surface an "out of credits" prompt and stop charging until your next reset. Searches, message drafting, sending, and CSV export continue to work as normal. You can upgrade your plan to refresh your monthly credit limit immediately.

What happens to my credits if I upgrade mid-month?

Accepted Answer

When you switch from one paid plan to another mid-cycle, we refund your old plan proportionally for the unused portion of the month, and your new plan starts on the day you upgrade with its full monthly credit grant available straight away.

How does the free plan work?

The free plan includes 3 searches per month at no cost. Contact reveals, LinkedIn profile clicks, CSV export, message drafting, and email sending are not included on the free plan. To unlock those features, switch to a paid plan.

Can I switch between plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Plan changes are pro rated by Stripe. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep access to the higher-tier features until the cycle ends.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Open the Stripe Billing Portal by clicking the "Manage Plan" button on your subscription page, then cancel from there. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data is preserved if you decide to resubscribe later.

Where do I get an invoice or VAT receipt?

Our billing portal lists every invoice with download links and lets you update your billing address and VAT or tax ID. Open it from the "Manage Plan" button on your subscription page.
